Athena's AAP protocol relies heavily on the Treasury. It serves three critical functions for Athena's growth and sustainability.

The treasury serves as an additional source of funding for the RFV. This additional support could be useful if the $ATHN token's price falls significantly. It contributes to the establishment of a floor price for the $ATHN token.

The treasury is also used to fund new Athena products, services, and projects that will broaden and strengthen the TAP use cases and Athena economy.

Furthermore, the treasury provides funding for Athena's marketing and development.
